When will my order be shipped?

We aim to package and ship orders within 2-3 days of the order being placed, provided that the order is complete, paid in full, and contains no pre-ordered items. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing during new product launches and festive seasons. 

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the updated status of your order. This email will also include a tracking link that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

What are the estimated shipping and delivery time frames?

For domestic shipments within Australia, please refer to the following estimates:

Standard Shipping within NSW: 2-5 Business Days

Standard Shipping to other states: 3-7 Business Days

Express Shipping within NSW: Up to 2 Business Days

Express Shipping to other states: 2-4 Business Days


For international shipments, the following estimates apply:

Standard Shipping via Australia Post: 6-10 Business Days

Express Shipping via Australia Post: 4-8 Business Days


It is important to note that duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's sole responsibility. We recommend contacting your local authority or customs agency for detailed information before placing your order.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be aware that international deliveries may experience delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions resulting from the ongoing Covid-19 situation.
