Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size?

As a small family business, i want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the item you received or you simply need to exchange the size please email us at info@littlebsnursery.com or fill out our Contact Us form. This must be within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Please note RETURN & your #order number with your full name as per your order.
I will then contact you regarding the next steps.

Refunds?

While i don't offer refunds for change of mind, i am more then happy to offer a store credit for the amount of the item when it was purchased. Store credits are valid for 12 months & can only be used once. Please follow the above steps in contacting us. 

Please note i also don't offer refunds for wholesale orders. I am however happy to exchange the item/items or apply a credit to your next order.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Is the item faulty?

If your item is faulty & not in working order, and there are no suitable exchange options then i am happy to offer a refund for the value of the purchased item. (Excluding shipping costs). Please note, i will require you to send photos to show how the item is faulty. I am very observant when packing orders, but i do make mistakes, if i do miss a faulty item I am very incredibly sorry! Please understand that if the item simply does not fit, or you no longer like the design, this is a case of change of mind. Please refer to above information regarding this. 

Conditions with Refunds & Returns 

Items must be returned in the exact condition you received them in. All tags must still be attached in new condition. Items must not be washed. 

Returned Shipping Costs

While i am happy to post the exchanged item to you at no extra charge. I will require you to post the item you wish to return, or in the case of a faulty item, refund. This will be up to you to cover the costs of returning the item. 

Once you provide the proof of shipping, i will then arrange the replacement to be posted. 

Please remember your store credit or exchange value will be based on the product at the time of sale. Not the regular retail price. This means if you purchased the item during a sale, the exchange value will match this price.
